Participants will build knowledge and capacity of local governments to develop sound financial plans and processes and ensure informed decision-making surrounding sustainable service delivery and integrated planning. The course will focus on preparing long-term financial plans and processes that facilitate informed decision making that encompasses climate considerations, equity, and green infrastructure.
An expanded version of our flagship ProCert AMP course, this training covers essential asset management planning concepts while emphasizing climate resilience, equity, and green infrastructure. Participants will prepare a draft asset management plan, gaining practical experience and earning a professional certificate in asset management planning.
