Nicole Allen
Executive Director / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Nicole is the Executive Director of NAMS Canada, and has delivered asset management training and support to municipalities and government organizations across Western Canada since 2011. Nicole is a civil engineer, having graduated from the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. She has wide-ranging experience working in the areas of strategic planning, asset management, transportation, and land development. Nicole has worked extensively in both the rural and the urban sectors throughout western Canada and beyond. She holds a Masters of Engineering in Infrastructure Management.

Troy Sykes
Technical Advisor / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Troy has 23 years of experience working in municipal government. His extensive knowledge spans from asset management operations and capital planning to strategic asset management planning and implementation. In his role as technical advisor and mentor, Troy started facilitating the ProCert in Asset Management Planning courses in 2018, as well as provides customized training programs. He is the sales lead at NAMS Canada.

Jolene Callum
Technical Advisor / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Jolene has been a part of the NAMS Canada team since 2018. She is involved in facilitating the Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning course and providing technical support for NAMS+ subscribers. Jolene is eager to assist you and your municipality with developing the skills needed for your asset management planning.

 



Erica Frank
Trainer / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Erica has more than 30 years of municipal government experience and currently works in the Recreation and Cultural Services Department at the City of Regina. Before moving to Saskatchewan, she held roles in several B.C. municipalities. She recently led the development of Regina’s first State of Infrastructure Report, endorsed by city council, and holds the IPWEA NAMS Canada Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning.

 

Farzin M. Rod
Asset Management Lead, Prairie Support

Based in Calgary with a Master's in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary, Farzin brings deep expertise in asset management, climate adaptation and infrastructure resilience to the role. His background includes supporting municipal clients with asset management plans, level of service enhancements and regulatory compliance.
