Nicole Allen
Executive Director / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Nicole is the Executive Director of NAMS Canada, and has delivered asset management training and support to municipalities and government organizations across Western Canada since 2011. Nicole is a civil engineer, having graduated from the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. She has wide-ranging experience working in the areas of strategic planning, asset management, transportation, and land development. Nicole has worked extensively in both the rural and the urban sectors throughout western Canada and beyond. She holds a Masters of Engineering in Infrastructure Management.

Troy Sykes
Technical Advisor / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Troy has 23 years of experience working in municipal government. His extensive knowledge spans from asset management operations and capital planning to strategic asset management planning and implementation. In his role as technical advisor and mentor, Troy started facilitating the ProCert in Asset Management Planning courses in 2018, as well as provides customized training programs. He is the sales lead at NAMS Canada.

Jolene Callum
Technical Advisor / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Jolene has been a part of the NAMS Canada team since 2018. She is involved in facilitating the Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning course and providing technical support for NAMS+ subscribers. Jolene is eager to assist you and your municipality with developing the skills needed for your asset management planning.

Todd Reichardt
Technical Advisor / Mentor at NAMS Canada

Todd worked 29 years in municipal government with 21 years as a senior manager. He was instrumental in the development of a work order and geo-database repository for all park assets. This system supports capital life cycle decisions and improvement to levels of service. He has extensive knowledge in parks operation, strategic planning performance measurement and service improvement. He obtained a B.S.A & M.Sc. in entomology from the University of Manitoba.

Marie-Élaine Desbiens
Mentor à NAMS Canada

Ingénieure civil et détentrice d’une maîtrise en études urbaines, Marie-Élaine Desbiens est impliquée dans le domaine de la gestion des actifs municipaux depuis près de 15 ans. Domaine qui s’est imposé à elle via sa grande expérience en matière de gestion des infrastructures urbaines, en auscultation et en réhabilitation de réseaux d'eau et de voirie. Elle partage ses connaissances depuis plusieurs années avec ses pairs et avec la relève par le biais de charges de cours à l'École de Technologie Supérieure et de formations spécialisées avec le CERIU et NAMS Canada Inc. Marie-Élaine fait partie de l’équipe de mentors pour le Certificat en planification de la gestion d’actifs pour l’édition francophone depuis 2020. À titre d’experte en gestion d’actifs, elle est impliquée dans plusieurs initiatives dans le cadre du programme de gestion des actifs municipaux (PGAM) de la FCM.
