  • 1.  Introduction to ISO55000 and Asset Management for Council

    Our community is a member of a regional water commission.  Our Councillor representative on the commission board is requesting the commission develop and Asset Management Plan.  Administration is recommending our Councillor rep specify that the commission plan follow ISO55000.  I'm anticipating others on the commission to be unfamiliar with this standard and formal asset management planning.  Does NAMS Canada have a 1 or 2 pager overview/introduction to asset management and ISO55000 suitable for governance level that I can provide our Councillor to give to the fellow board members?
